Horseriding

Curzay is a place dreamed to initiate with the pleasure of horseriding. The professional framing and the horses adapted to the level of each rider enable you to discover the 120 hectares of the field. Sould you be a beginnner of a confirmed horserider, you really take a step in nature.

In the forest, it is not rare to flush out a roe-deer in freedom; on the river banks, it is also frequent to cross a wild duck come to refresh himself.



Discovered automobile sport

At Rouillé, 10 mn away from the Château de Curzay, come enjoy the pleasures of Karting (adult Karts and children). Circuit with cells of timing. On the spot also, car-cross-country race with possibility of only initiating you or in family, within a pleasant framework.

Reception at the station, Transfer to the Château, reservation of a car for your stay, priority departure reservation on one of the 3 courses of the “Golf des Forges” or on the golf of Mignaloux (30 minutes)

Of all the golfs which border the Château de Curzay (Mignaloux, Mazière en Gâtine, Saint Cyr) the Golf of the “Chateau des Forges” is undoubtedly the one which offers the most attractiveness. With less than ten minutes travel from Curzay, it proposes three courses of 9 holes with distinct characteristics for each one:
Water on the White (with the hole number 2, the green is on an island)
Forest on Blue (the hole number 4 is one by 3 very narrow between the trees)
Bunkers and small valleys on the Red (the hole number 4 is in dog leg with right angle and the green is very defended.

Nearly Poitiers, course technical with much of water on the Golf of Cyr Saint, undulating, timbered and very amusing in Mignaloux.
At 40 minutes of Curzay, pretty course, technique and varied with Mazière en Gâtine. More attended in Niort
mention also in the area for the golfs of Roiffé, La Rochelle, Cognac, Saintes and Royan, all at a little more than one hour of Curzay.
