"Atelier de Cuisine" is dedicated to seasons products and to the many secrets
to turn them into festive meals.
This teaching is based on balance and lighteness.
During this session , the Chief (1 star Michelin) will help you in the selection
of the best products and will teach you new cooking techniques.
At the end of the Class you will receive detailed recipes
so that you can cook them easily back home.
